Bahá'ís believe that unity is the reality and the divisions of peoples and faiths that we see in the world today are divisions that have been imposed by mankind, not created by God.
The Bahá'í Faith teaches that this is the age when the unification of the world can and will take place and that there are steps, both spiritual and practical, that we can take to bring that unity about. Some steps are as easy as the recognition and active promotion of certain unifying principles; others involve working to correct the injustices that disunity has created in the world.
