I send you a smile,
for just being there
by my side, when I'm down
and showing that you care
I send you love
For caring for me,
When I was sad or hurt
or just wanted company
I Send you a rainbow
for saying to me
the sun needs the rain
for a rainbow to be.
I send you the world,
for if dreams could come true,
for a friend takes it all
and returns it to you.

That's grown deeper through the years.
We've seen the ups,
We've known the downs,
We've shared the smiles and tears...
And through it all
I've learned something--
That there could never be
A dearer friend in all the world
Than the one you are to me.
